For PC users
Right Click on the Link...(Right Click = Click the right button on your mouse)
 Click Save Target As... Or Save As...
(leave file name the same or you have an option of RE naming it to your liking)
Save File to your hard drive

For MAC users
Hold down the ALT/Options button while clicking your mouse.
If this doesn't work you're SOL...

Get a friend with a PC to download the file for you and send it to you via ICQ ...
MSN... Yahoo etc.
